Zarar (to sneeze) tea for Allergies

Zarar is a Hebrew word that means to sneeze and it means "a spreading out of the breath". This is an allergy tea blend to help give relief from the allergy symptoms.

I make this for myself and those of us in our family who suffer with allergies - it truly helps and tastes great, our children love it!

Uses:
Drinking this tea throughout the day as needed will help relieve the issues of seasonal allergies and will calm the irritations of the sinus.

Ingredients:
Stinging Nettle, Spearmint, Tulsi (holy basil), Lemon Balm, Chamomile, and Ginger.
